The Foundation of Every Great Interior
Fine Decorating
Exceptional decorating begins long before a brush meets a surface. Our preparation is exhaustive — every substrate assessed, every imperfection addressed — because the quality of what lies beneath determines the quality of what is seen above.
We work exclusively with premium paints from Farrow & Ball, Little Greene, Papers & Paints, and bespoke formulations. Our decorators are trained in the full spectrum of application techniques: from the finest cutting-in to multi-coat systems that achieve a depth impossible to replicate with lesser methods.
Whether a single room or an entire estate, our approach is identical: meticulous, unhurried, and guided by an obsessive attention to detail that has earned us the trust of the most discerning clients in the country.
Includes
- Premium paint brands exclusively
- Full surface preparation and repair
- Multi-coat application systems
- Residential, commercial and listed buildings
An Ancient Art, Perfected
Venetian Plaster
Venetian plaster — marmorino, stucco lustro, polished plaster — is among the most demanding and rewarding of all decorative finishes. Applied in multiple thin layers and burnished to a luminous sheen, it creates a surface of extraordinary depth and tactile beauty.
Our craftsmen have trained in Italy and carry decades of combined experience in the full range of lime-based plaster techniques. Each application is unique: the material responds to the hand, the humidity, the temperature of the room — producing a living surface that cannot be replicated by any manufactured alternative.
From the cool marble-like polish of stucco lustro to the warmer, more textured character of marmorino, we advise on the most appropriate technique for each space and execute it with the patience and skill the craft demands.
Includes
- Marmorino, stucco lustro, polished plaster
- Italian-trained craftsmen
- Custom aggregate blending
- New build and restoration projects
Beyond the Ordinary
Specialist Finishes
Our repertoire of specialist finishes spans centuries of decorative tradition. From gilded leaf to aged fresco, from metallic lacquers to hand-applied glazes — we command a vocabulary of techniques that transforms surfaces into statements.
Gold and silver leaf gilding, applied to walls, ceilings, furniture and architectural details, brings an unmatched warmth and luminosity to any interior. Our gilders work in both oil and water gilding, with the ability to burnish, antique and distress to achieve any period or contemporary effect.
Decorative glazing, limewashing, dragging, stippling and rag rolling are deployed with restraint and purpose — never as affectation, always in service of the interior's broader vision. We work closely with interior designers and architects to ensure every finish is precisely calibrated to the scheme.
Includes
- Gold and silver leaf gilding
- Decorative glazing and lacquering
- Limewash and wash finishes
- Metallic and pearlescent finishes
Precision Pattern, Seamless Execution
Wallpaper Hanging
The world's finest wallpapers demand the world's finest hangers. We have installed papers from de Gournay, Fromental, Gracie, Cole & Son, Zoffany and every major luxury house — as well as bespoke commissioned designs from independent artists and studios.
Precision pattern matching, seamless joins, and immaculate finishing at every architrave, cornice and corner are non-negotiable. We take the time to plan each installation meticulously, calculating drops and joins before a single length is cut, to ensure the pattern reads exactly as the designer intended.
For hand-painted silks, grasscloths, and other delicate materials, we employ specialist adhesives and handling techniques developed over years of working with the most fragile and valuable papers available. No paper is too complex, no room too challenging.
Includes
- De Gournay, Fromental, Gracie and all luxury houses
- Hand-painted silks and grasscloths
- Bespoke commissioned papers
- Full pattern planning and calculation
Art That Lives on Your Walls
Bespoke Murals
A bespoke mural is among the most personal and enduring of all decorative commissions. We work with a select group of artists and our own in-house painters to create original works conceived entirely around your space, your brief, and your vision.
From classical trompe l'oeil to contemporary abstract, from botanical panoramas to architectural perspectives — every mural begins with a detailed consultation and a series of design proposals before a single brushstroke is applied to the wall.
We handle every aspect of the commission: concept, design, surface preparation, execution, and protective finishing. The result is a work of art that is entirely unique to your home and impossible to replicate.
Includes
- Original designs conceived for each space
- Classical and contemporary styles
- Trompe l'oeil and panoramic murals
- Full design-to-installation service
